Compatible Dell Inspiron Models

This replacement palmrest assembly fits the Dell Inspiron 1120 and 1121 laptops. The part number W7KCG matches the original equipment specification. It restores the integrated touchpad and mouse button functions on these specific models.

Replaces Worn or Damaged Palmrest

The assembly replaces a cracked, scratched or malfunctioning original palmrest on the listed Inspiron models. The jump is worth it when the touchpad becomes erratic, the buttons stick or the cosmetic wear affects daily use. No other laptop series is supported by this part number.

Straightforward Swap With Ribbon Care

Installation requires opening the chassis to disconnect the old ribbon cable and seat the new assembly. The touchpad ribbon is delicate; creasing it during routing is the most common mistake. Only the touchpad, ribbon, buttons and underside circuitry are included — no keyboard or surrounding plastics.
