Touchpad Ribbon Cable for Inspiron 14 and 15

This original Dell ribbon cable connects the touchpad module to the motherboard. It fits Inspiron 14 models 3465 and 3467 as well as Inspiron 15 models 3565 and 3567. The part restores click and gesture input when the original flex cable is damaged. It is supplied new and ready for installation.

Flat Flex Cable Length and Routing Constraints

Flat flex cables are built to a fixed length and fold pattern for each chassis. The cable cannot be extended, shortened or re-routed without breaking the conductors. Installers must follow the original path inside the palm-rest assembly to avoid stress on the connector. Any deviation from the factory routing will cause intermittent contact or permanent failure.

Correct Part Number Match Decides Fit

The only specification that guarantees compatibility is the Dell part number printed on the original cable. Verify that your existing flex carries 450.0AD01.0001 or 450.0AD01.0011 before ordering. A different number means the pin-out or length does not match your model. Buyers who cannot read the label on the old cable should not purchase this part.
