Product identity

The Dell Inspiron 15 3520 is a 15.6 inch business laptop running Windows 11 Pro. It targets professionals and students who need a reliable daily driver for office applications, video calls and web browsing. The 12th Gen Intel Core i3-1215U with six cores and eight threads provides responsive multitasking for typical workloads. Buyers who need discrete graphics for creative rendering or gaming should look elsewhere.

Capacity and headroom

The 16 GB DDR4 memory and 1 TB PCIe SSD give ample space for documents, spreadsheets and a large media library. The six-core processor reaches 4.4 GHz turbo for burst performance when compiling code or exporting video. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics handles external displays up to 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz over HDMI 1.4. Heavy 3D work or 4K output exceed the graphics capability.

Ports and included features

Connectivity includes one USB 2.0 Type-A, two USB 5 Gbps Type-A ports, HDMI 1.4, an SD card reader and a headset jack. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are built in for wireless peripherals and networks. A 720p HD camera supports video conferencing without extra hardware. The keyboard lacks backlighting and there is no fingerprint reader for biometric login.
