Product Identity

The Dell Inspiron 15 i3520-7896BLK-PUS is a 15.6-inch touchscreen laptop built for everyday productivity and media consumption. It combines a 12th Generation Intel Core i7-1255U processor with 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 1000GB PCIe SSD in a Carbon Black chassis running Windows 11 Home in S Mode.

Upgrade Context

This model replaces older 15.6-inch laptops limited to 8GB of RAM, mechanical hard drives or non-touch displays. The jump is worthwhile when a user needs 16GB of system memory, 1000GB of solid-state storage and a 1920 x 1080 IPS touchscreen with 220-nit brightness and anti-glare coating in a single device.

Buyer Fit

It suits students, office workers and home users who want a responsive touchscreen, ample storage and integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics for light creative tasks. Buyers who need a discrete GPU for gaming or rendering, a display refresh rate above 60Hz, or memory speeds beyond 2666MHz should look at other configurations.
