Business laptop with 64 GB DDR4

This Dell Inspiron 15 ships with Windows 11 Pro, a 13th Gen Intel Core i7-1355U reaching 5 GHz, 64 GB of DDR4 memory and a 2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The 15.6 inch FHD touchscreen runs at 1920 x 1080 and 60 Hz. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics handle the display output. It is aimed at professionals who need a ready-to-work machine with large memory and storage.

Limits of integrated graphics and 60 Hz panel

The Intel Iris Xe GPU shares system memory and suits office applications, video playback and light creative work. It cannot drive demanding 3D titles or heavy compute workloads. The 60 Hz refresh rate caps motion smoothness, so fast-pan gaming or high-frame-rate video editing will not benefit from higher frame rates. WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 provide modern wireless connectivity within the bounds of the 802.11ax standard.

Opened chassis for upgrades, check screw torque

The manufacturer’s box was opened by technicians to install the 64 GB DDR4 SO-DIMM and 2 TB NVMe SSD. All components are new. Re-opening the case for service requires removing the bottom cover; take care not to strip the small screws. The 3-cell 41 WHr battery and 65 W power adapter are internal and external respectively — no user-replaceable parts are listed.
