Genuine Dell OEM front bezel

This is a genuine Dell OEM front trim bezel for Inspiron 1720 and 1721 laptops. It arrives in Espresso Brown finish and includes the integrated camera port. The part matches the Espresso Brown LCD back plastic for a consistent appearance. Dell part number UW750 confirms exact fitment for the listed models.

Sustained daily handling

The bezel protects the LCD panel edges during regular opening and closing of the display. Its moulded construction maintains alignment with the hinge brackets over repeated cycles. The camera port cutout stays dimensionally stable, preventing stress on the webcam module. No moving parts or electronics are present to degrade under continuous use.

Replaces damaged or mismatched trim

This part replaces a cracked, discoloured or missing front bezel on Inspiron 1720 and 1721 units. It is also the correct choice when the existing bezel lacks a camera port or shows a different colour highlight. The jump is worth it when the original trim is physically broken or cosmetically inconsistent with the Espresso Brown chassis.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the UW750 bezel add when the Inspiron 1720 runs all day?

The front trim is a passive plastic piece with no electronics, so it generates no heat and makes no noise regardless of how long the laptop operates.

What existing laptop parts must I already have for this UW750 bezel to fit and work?

You need a Dell Inspiron 1720 or 1721 chassis with an Espresso Brown LCD back cover and a webcam module that aligns with the camera port cut-out.

Will this Espresso Brown bezel match the older plastics on my Inspiron 1721 without looking mismatched?

It is coloured to match the original Espresso Brown back cover, so the front and rear trims share the same tone when installed together.
