Purpose-built work laptop

The Dell Inspiron 3520 is a 15.6 inch Full HD notebook powered by a 12th generation Intel Core i5-1235U processor with ten cores and a 4.40 GHz turbo frequency. It ships with 32 GB of DDR4 memory and a 2 TB SSD running Windows 11 Pro. This configuration suits office professionals and students who need ample memory and storage for multitasking and large local files.

Build and daily connectivity

The chassis is black and uses a non-touch LED panel with a 1920 x 1080 resolution. Wireless connectivity comes from 802.11AC Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2. Physical ports include two USB 3.2 ports and one USB 2.0 port alongside an HDMI output for external displays. The integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics share system memory and drive the internal screen and one external monitor.

Specification that decides fit

The ten-core processor and 32 GB of DDR4 memory define the performance ceiling for compile workloads, virtual machines and heavy browser sessions. Buyers who need discrete graphics for 3D rendering or GPU compute will not find that capability here. The single 2 TB SSD provides the only internal storage, so users planning multiple large game libraries or separate OS partitions must rely on external drives.
