Dell Inspiron 3520 15 laptop overview

This Dell Inspiron 3520 15 laptop is a new 15.6 inch FHD touchscreen device running Windows 11 Pro. It uses an Intel Core i7-1255U processor with 10 cores and 12 threads reaching 4.7 GHz turbo. Integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics drives the 1920 x 1080 display. The system includes 32GB DDR4 memory and a 512GB PCIe SSD.

Suited for office work and light creative tasks

Professionals needing a responsive touchscreen for documents, web apps and video calls will find the 10-core CPU and 32GB RAM effective. The 512GB SSD provides fast boot and load times. Buyers who want discrete graphics for modern gaming or heavy 3D rendering should look at something else. The lack of a backlit keyboard and fingerprint reader may disappoint users who rely on those features.

Straightforward setup with sealed upgrades

The laptop arrives with the manufacturer seal opened only for the specified memory and storage upgrades, then resealed after testing. Windows 11 Pro and the Office 2024 licence are pre-installed, so initial configuration is minimal. Users should verify the touchscreen calibration and Wi-Fi connection on first boot. The integrated graphics share system memory, so very large datasets may reduce available RAM for other tasks.
