Dell Inspiron 3520 15.6" 120 Hz Laptop

This Dell Inspiron 3520 is a 15.6-inch laptop with a 120 Hz Full HD display. It runs on an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor reaching 4.2 GHz turbo frequency. The system includes 32GB DDR4 memory and an 8TB PCIe NVMe SSD. Windows 10 Pro comes pre-installed for immediate use.

Suits office users needing high capacity storage

The 8TB NVMe drive serves professionals who keep large local datasets, media libraries or multiple virtual machines. Buyers who want a discrete graphics card for gaming or GPU-accelerated rendering should look elsewhere. The integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics handle everyday visual tasks only. The 41 WHr battery limits unplugged time for mobile workers.

8TB PCIe NVMe SSD decides fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the 8TB PCIe NVMe SSD. It provides exceptional internal capacity for a laptop in this class. Confirm your workload requires this much fast local storage before purchasing. The drive uses the NVMe protocol over a PCIe interface.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the i5-1135G7 get when the 120 Hz screen runs all day?

The 15.6" 120 Hz panel draws modest power; the 65 W supply and 41 Whr battery limit sustained heat, so fan noise stays low during typical office workloads.

What ports do I need on my desk to plug in this 3520?

One USB 2.0 Type-A, one HDMI, one SD reader and a headset jack are the only physical connections; plan for a hub if you need more peripherals.

Will my older USB 2.0 mouse and HDMI monitor work with the i5-1135G7 and Iris Xe?

Yes — the single USB 2.0 port and HDMI output are fully backward-compatible, and Iris Xe drives 1080p external displays without extra drivers.
