Dell Inspiron 3520 for home and office

This 15.6 inch touchscreen laptop runs Windows 11 Pro on an Intel Core i5 11th Gen processor with 8GB DDR4 memory and a 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD. It suits students, remote workers and small-business users who need a responsive Full HD display and reliable connectivity for daily productivity.

Included accessories and software impact

The 65W power supply and 3-cell 41 WHr battery ship installed, while the 720p HD webcam, Bluetooth 5.0 and 802.11ac Wi-Fi are integrated. A USB 2.0 port, HDMI output and SDXC card reader provide essential wired and wireless expansion without extra dongles.

Installation experience and common issues

The system arrives professionally upgraded and tested, so Windows 11 Pro is ready to use after the initial setup screens. Buyers who want more storage or additional memory must open the chassis, and the single USB 2.0 port limits peripheral speed for high-bandwidth devices.

Questions about this item

Can the 8 GB DDR4 memory be upgraded later?

The laptop uses DDR4 SODIMM modules; the 8 GB stick can be replaced with a higher-capacity DDR4 module if a free slot is available.

What limits performance first during long workloads?

The 15 W i5-1135G7 will hit its thermal ceiling and throttle clocks before the 65 W adapter or 41 Wh battery become bottlenecks.

How loud and hot does it get when running all day?

The 65 W power supply and 41 Wh battery feed a 15 W chip, so fan noise stays moderate and surface temperatures remain comfortable during extended use.
