Purpose-built configuration

The Dell Inspiron 3520 pairs an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 with 8GB DDR4 memory and a dual-drive layout of 512GB NVMe SSD plus 2TB HDD. The 15.6-inch IPS panel runs at 1920 x 1080 resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics handle the display output. Windows 11 Home 64-bit is pre-installed.

Verify your peripherals

The chassis provides one USB 2.0 port, an HDMI output, an SD card reader and a headset jack. Wireless connectivity uses 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. There is no optical drive and the screen is non-touch. Confirm that your external devices and network environment match these interfaces before ordering.

Sustained workload profile

A 65W power adapter feeds a 3-cell 41 WHr battery during extended sessions. The 4-core, 8-thread processor can reach 4.2 GHz turbo frequency with 8MB cache. Under continuous load the integrated graphics share system memory, so available RAM for compute tasks decreases. Thermal design follows the standard 14.11 x 9.27 x 0.74 inch form factor.
