Dell Inspiron 3530 business laptop

The Dell Inspiron 3530 is a 15.6 inch Full HD touchscreen laptop powered by a 13th Gen Intel Core i7-1355U processor with 10 cores and 12 threads. It comes with 16GB DDR4 memory and a 512GB NVME SSD, running Windows 11 Pro. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics handle the display at 60 Hz.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This laptop suits professionals who need a responsive touchscreen for presentations and daily office workloads. It is not for buyers who need discrete graphics performance, additional internal storage bays, or a wider selection of high-speed ports.

Deciding specification — 13th Gen Intel Core

The 13th Gen Intel Core i7-1355U with 10 cores and up to 5.00 GHz boost clock determines whether this system matches your workload. If your applications rely on higher multi-thread throughput or dedicated GPU acceleration, this processor will not meet those requirements.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the Inspiron 3530 and what must be purchased separately?

The laptop includes a 45 W power supply, a 3-cell battery, and Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. No optical drive is fitted. Peripherals such as an external mouse, carrying case, or additional USB-C hub are not included.

Should I choose the 16 GB DDR4 and 512 GB NVME configuration or look for a different capacity?

This unit ships with 16 GB DDR4 memory and a 512 GB NVME SSD soldered or installed as the single drive. If your workload needs more RAM or a larger boot drive, a different SKU would be required because this listing offers only this capacity combination.

What does the 5.0 GHz turbo figure mean for everyday performance on the i7-1355U?

The 10-core processor has a base clock of 1.70 GHz and can boost up to 5.0 GHz on active cores. In typical business tasks — web apps, Office, video calls — the chip runs near base speed; the higher turbo engages only during short, bursty loads such as spreadsheet recalculation or photo export.
