Dell Inspiron 3535 touchscreen laptop

This Dell Inspiron 3535 is a 15.6" FHD touchscreen laptop powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 7730U processor with 8 cores and 16 threads. It comes with 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 512GB NVME SSD. The system runs Windows 11 Pro and includes integrated AMD Radeon graphics and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity.

Suits home and office users needing touch input

The touchscreen and 16GB of RAM support multitasking and direct interaction for productivity tasks. Buyers who want more storage or a higher refresh rate display should look at other models. The 60 Hz panel and integrated graphics are not aimed at demanding 3D workloads.

512GB NVME SSD determines storage capacity

The single 512GB NVME SSD provides the primary storage space for the operating system, applications and files. No additional drive bays are mentioned in the specifications. If your workflow requires more local capacity, this configuration may not be sufficient.

Questions about this item

Will the 16GB DDR4 memory and 512GB NVME SSD support an external 4K monitor through the HDMI port?

The HDMI port can drive an external display, but the 60 Hz panel and integrated AMD Radeon graphics limit 4K output to 30 Hz.

Can I keep using my older USB 2.0 flash drives with the single USB 2.0 port on this laptop?

Yes, the USB 2.0 port is backward compatible, so legacy flash drives will work at their original speed.

How can I verify the Ryzen 7 7730U is hitting its 4.5 GHz boost clock after setup?

Open Task Manager, select the Performance tab, and watch the CPU frequency climb toward 4.5 GHz during a heavy single-thread load.
