Dell Inspiron 3535 business laptop

The Dell Inspiron 3535 is a 15.6-inch touchscreen laptop powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 7730U processor with eight cores and sixteen threads. It ships with 32GB of DDR4 memory and a 512GB 2230 PCIe NVMe SSD. Windows 11 Pro 64-bit is pre-installed. The integrated AMD Radeon graphics drive the 1920 x 1080 60Hz display.

Connectivity and expansion for mobile work

The chassis provides USB 3.0 Type-A, USB 2.0, USB 3.1 Type-C and HDMI ports plus an SD card reader and a combo audio jack. WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0 handle wireless links. A 65W power supply and a 41 WHr three-cell battery support portable use. The 2230 SSD form factor limits future storage upgrades to that size.

Suited to office multitasking, not heavy GPU loads

Professionals who need ample memory and a responsive touchscreen for productivity will find the configuration effective. Buyers who want discrete graphics performance, higher refresh-rate panels or larger storage capacities should look at other models. The integrated graphics and fixed memory arrangement also rule out later GPU or RAM upgrades.

Questions about this item

At what turbo frequency does the Ryzen 7 7730U hit its thermal ceiling during long workloads?

The processor reaches a 4.5 GHz turbo frequency, and sustained loads will be limited by the 65 W power supply and 41 Wh battery capacity.

How loud or hot does the chassis get when the integrated Radeon graphics run all day?

The 65 W adapter and 3-cell 41 Wh battery define the thermal envelope; fan noise and surface temperature rise with continuous GPU use.

Which DDR4 SO-DIMM modules are already installed so I know what to match for an upgrade?

The laptop ships with 32 GB of DDR4 SO-DIMM memory installed in its slots.
