Dell Inspiron 3535 business laptop

The Dell Inspiron 3535 is a 15.6-inch Windows 11 Home laptop built around an AMD Ryzen 7 7730U processor. It targets professionals and students who need a responsive touchscreen device for daily productivity, video calls and light creative work. The integrated AMD Radeon graphics and 32GB of DDR4 memory keep office suites and browser-heavy workflows running smoothly.

32GB DDR4 memory and 2TB PCIe NVMe storage

The 32GB DDR4 configuration provides comfortable headroom for multitasking across dozens of tabs, virtual machines and design assets. The 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD offers ample space for large project files and local backups. Memory is soldered SODIMM, so the 32GB ceiling is fixed; storage can be expanded only if an additional M.2 slot is physically present.

Zen 3 Ryzen 7 7730U eight-core processor

The eight-core, sixteen-thread Zen 3 CPU reaches a 4.5 GHz boost clock with 16MB L3 cache, delivering strong single-thread speed for snappy application launches. Integrated Radeon graphics handle 1080p video playback and casual editing but cannot drive modern 3D titles or GPU-accelerated render pipelines. Buyers needing discrete graphics performance or upgradeable system memory should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the USB 3.1 Type-C port on this Inspiron 3535 drive my older USB 3.0 Type-A peripherals with an adapter?

Yes, the USB 3.1 Type-C port is backward compatible with USB 3.0 and 2.0 devices when you use a suitable adapter or cable.

How can I verify the Ryzen 7 7730U is hitting its 4.5 GHz boost clock under load?

Open Task Manager’s Performance tab or run a monitoring tool such as HWMonitor while a demanding task runs; the CPU frequency graph should show peaks at 4.5 GHz.
