Questions about this item

What practical limit does the 802.11ac WiFi 5 interface impose on wireless throughput?

The 802.11ac WiFi 5 link caps at its rated maximum speed, so sustained transfers and streaming will hit that ceiling rather than any higher rate.

What physical space and form factor are required for the internal SSD?

The drive uses a 2230 M.2 PCIe NVMe module, so the slot must accept that shorter 30 mm length rather than the more common 80 mm size.

How is the operating system installed after the memory and storage upgrades, and what step is often missed?

Technicians open the factory box, install the 32 GB DDR4 SO-DIMM and 512 GB 2230 PCIe NVMe SSD, then reinstall Windows 11 Home 64-bit; the step often missed is re-imaging the OS onto the new drive so the laptop arrives ready to use.
