16-inch 2-in-1 convertible laptop

The Dell Inspiron 7620 is a 16-inch 2-in-1 laptop with a Full HD touchscreen and a 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7-1260P processor that reaches 4.7 GHz turbo. It ships with Windows 11 Pro, 24 GB of memory and a 1 TB SSD. The silver chassis measures 0.63 to 0.72 inches thick and weighs 4.54 lb.

Suits mobile professionals needing pen

This configuration fits users who want a large touch display, stylus support and a 12-core processor in a convertible form factor. Buyers who need discrete graphics for rendering or gaming should look at a different class of machine. Anyone requiring more than 24 GB of memory or a higher-resolution panel will not find it here.

Integrated graphics only

The system relies on the processor's integrated graphics; no dedicated GPU is present. This single specification decides whether the laptop can handle your workload. If your applications demand discrete graphics acceleration, this is not the right part.

Questions about this item

Can the 24 GB memory be upgraded or replaced later?

The 24 GB memory is soldered and cannot be upgraded or replaced after purchase.

What limits sustained performance first on the Core i7-1260P?

The integrated graphics share system memory and thermal headroom, so heavy GPU workloads hit power and heat limits before the 12 CPU cores do.

How loud and hot does the chassis get during all-day use?

Under continuous load the thin 15.9–18.4 mm chassis warms noticeably and the fans spin up to an audible level, but surface temperatures stay within normal laptop ranges.
