Dell Inspiron 7620 Plus 2-in-1 Laptop

The Dell Inspiron 7620 Plus is a 16-inch 2-in-1 laptop with a Full HD touchscreen and a 12-core Intel Core i7-1260P processor that reaches 4.7 GHz. It comes with 16 GB of memory and a 128 GB SSD running Windows 11 Home. The convertible chassis lets you switch between laptop and tablet modes for flexible work.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This device suits users who want a large touchscreen for note-taking, sketching or presenting while keeping a traditional keyboard. Buyers who need more local storage for large media libraries or who require discrete graphics for intensive 3D rendering or gaming should consider other configurations.

128 GB SSD capacity decides fit

The single specification that decides suitability is the 128 GB solid-state drive. That capacity holds the operating system and essential applications but fills quickly with video projects, game installs or big datasets. If your workflow demands more onboard space, this is not the right part.

Questions about this item

What operating system must already be activated on the Dell Inspiron 7620 2-in-1 for it to work out of the box?

Windows 11 Home comes preinstalled and activated, so no separate licence or installation media is required before first use.

Can the 16‑inch 1920 x 1080 FHD touchscreen on this 2022 model still run legacy Windows 10 applications without scaling issues?

Yes, the 16:10 aspect ratio and FHD resolution display Windows 10 apps natively; DPI scaling handles older programs automatically.

How do I verify the Intel Core i7‑1260P is hitting its 4.7 GHz turbo frequency after setup?

Open Task Manager → Performance → CPU and watch the clock speed rise to 4.7 GHz during a heavy single‑thread load.
