Questions about this item

Which Dell laptop model must I already own for the 14" LCD back cover lid with hinges 91M1W to fit correctly?

This lid assembly is built for the Inspiron 14z (N411z) only; it will not align with other 14-inch Dell models.

Will the wireless antenna cables included with this replacement lid connect to the existing Wi-Fi card in my Inspiron 14z (N411z)?

Yes, the antenna cables are routed to match the original factory layout on the N411z, so they plug straight into the current wireless card.

How can I verify the left and right hinges on part 91M1W move smoothly after I install the lid?

Open and close the display through its full range; both hinges should hold the screen at any angle without stiffness or wobble.
