Questions about this item

Will the 3620-T tower fit on the same desk as my older Precision workstation and share the same USB 3.0 peripherals?

The tower form factor uses standard dimensions and the rear panel provides four USB 3.0 ports plus two USB 2.0 ports so existing keyboards mice and drives connect without adapters.

How can I confirm the i7-6700 and Intel HD Graphics 530 are running at full 3.40 GHz after Windows 10 Pro boots?

Open Task Manager Performance tab to see the quad-core processor at 3.40 GHz base frequency and verify the integrated GPU 530 appears under Display adapters in Device Manager.

Does the box include the USB keyboard and mouse shown in the specs or must I buy them separately?

The supplier description lists a USB keyboard and USB mouse as included components so no separate purchase is required for basic input devices.
