OptiPlex 7010 Micro for business users

The refurbished OptiPlex 7010 Micro combines an Intel Core i5-13500T with 32GB DDR4 and a 512GB NVMe SSD in a compact chassis. Windows 11 Pro 64-bit is pre-installed for immediate deployment. The system targets office environments that value space efficiency and quiet operation.

Included USB keyboard and mouse

A wired USB keyboard and USB mouse ship in the box, removing the need to source separate input devices for new workstations. Both connect through the front or rear USB-A ports without additional drivers. The bundle simplifies rollout for IT teams provisioning multiple desks.

32GB memory and 512GB NVMe headroom

The 32GB DDR4 capacity handles heavy multitasking, large spreadsheets and virtual machines without paging. The 512GB NVMe SSD provides fast boot and application load times for typical business workloads. Users who need additional local storage or more than two external displays will hit the limits of the single HDMI and single DisplayPort 1.4a outputs.

Questions about this item

Will the 32GB DDR4 memory need to be upgraded later?

The 32GB DDR4 configuration fills both SO-DIMM slots, so any future increase means replacing both modules with higher-capacity DDR4 sticks.

What limits sustained performance of the i5-13500T in this Micro form factor?

The compact 1.42-inch wide chassis restricts cooler size, so the 35 W processor will reach its thermal ceiling and reduce clocks during prolonged heavy workloads.

How loud and hot does the unit get when running all day?

Under continuous load the small fan spins audibly higher and exhaust air becomes noticeably warm, while idle operation stays quiet with minimal heat output.
