Refurbished Latitude 5490 business laptop

This DELL Latitude 5490 is a refurbished 14.0 inch business laptop graded in good cosmetic condition. It runs on an Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor with 8 MB L3 cache. The system includes 16 GB of memory and a 256 GB SSD. Windows 11 Pro 64-bit comes pre-installed for professional use.

Integrated graphics and 1366 x 768 display limits

The Intel UHD Graphics 620 uses shared system memory rather than dedicated video memory. This integrated solution handles office applications and video playback but is not suited for demanding 3D workloads or modern gaming. The non-touch 14.0 inch screen offers a 1366 x 768 resolution and wide-screen support for standard productivity tasks.

Upgrade from dual-core or HDD models

Moving from a dual-core processor to this quad-core i7-8650U improves multi-threaded performance for business multitasking. Replacing a traditional hard drive with the 256 GB SSD reduces boot and application load times. Buyers who need a higher resolution panel, dedicated graphics, or a larger storage capacity should consider other configurations.
