Genuine Dell OEM cable connecting the right-side USB and audio board to the motherboard for Latitude 3330 and 3330 2-in-1 models
This genuine Dell OEM cable connects the right-side USB audio I/O board to the motherboard in Latitude 3330 and Latitude 3330 2-in-1 laptops. It is a direct replacement for part number Y909X and alternate numbers odin_l13_io_bd_cable and 450.0Q603.0001. Technicians repairing a damaged port connection use this cable to restore the original link.
The cable is a passive flex assembly that carries only low-voltage USB and audio signals between the board and the mainboard. It draws no power of its own, generates no heat and produces no audible noise during normal operation. No active electronics or cooling are present, so thermal and acoustic behaviour is entirely determined by the laptop chassis.
The thin flexible ribbon routes through the tight right-side hinge area and terminates in small board-to-board connectors at each end. Its narrow profile fits the existing routing channels without modification, and the connectors key into the I/O board and motherboard sockets. Installers must handle the delicate ribbon carefully to avoid creasing or tearing the traces during reassembly.

The cable runs from the right-side I/O board under the motherboard tray to the mainboard header; the ZIF connector on the I/O board is the one most often left partially latched.
The flexible ribbon itself fatigues at the tight bend near the hinge, causing intermittent USB or audio signals until the cable is swapped.
Sustained throughput drops when the ribbon temperature rises above the chassis ambient, showing up as periodic device resets on the right-side port.
