Convertible 2-in-1 with 13.3" Touchscreen

The DELL Latitude 3390 is a convertible laptop built around a 13.3 inch touchscreen display. An Intel Core i5-8250U processor running at 1.60 GHz works with 8 GB of memory and a 256 GB SSD. Intel UHD Graphics 620 drives the 1920 x 1080 panel. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed on this new unit.

Who This Suits and Who Should Look Elsewhere

Mobile professionals needing a lightweight 2-in-1 for office applications, web browsing and video calls will find the specification fit for purpose. The integrated graphics and 8 GB memory limit suitability for modern gaming, heavy video editing or large dataset analysis. Buyers who want more storage or discrete graphics performance should consider other configurations.

Deciding Specification: 8 GB Soldered Memory

The 8 GB memory capacity is the single figure that determines whether this laptop matches the workload. It cannot be upgraded after purchase, so the amount must be sufficient for the intended applications from day one. Verify typical memory usage for the target software before committing to this unit.

Questions about this item

What ports and accessories are required to use the 13.3" 1920 x 1080 touchscreen and Intel UHD Graphics 620?

The laptop includes its own Dell AC adapter for power; the 13.3 inch touchscreen and Intel UHD Graphics 620 are built in, so no external monitor, dock or special cable is needed for basic operation.

Will my existing USB-A peripherals and external 1080p display work with the i5-8250U and integrated graphics?

The system provides standard USB-A ports and video output, so typical USB-A mice, keyboards, drives and a 1080p external monitor will function alongside the Intel UHD Graphics 620 and 8 GB memory.

How can I verify the 256 GB SSD, 8 GB memory and battery health are all recognised correctly after first boot?

Open Windows Settings > System > Storage to confirm the 256 GB drive, check Task Manager > Performance for 8 GB RAM, and run the Dell BIOS diagnostic to see the Excellent battery status reported.
