Latitude 3450 14.0-inch business laptop

The Dell Latitude 3450 is a 14.0-inch laptop built for professional use. It ships with Windows 11 Pro 64-bit and an Intel Core i5-1335U processor with ten cores. The system includes 16GB of DDR5 5600 memory and a 512GB PCIe SSD. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics drive the 1920 x 1080 IPS display.

Suits mobile professionals.

This configuration suits mobile professionals who need a reliable device for office applications, video calls and web-based workflows. The FHD HDR RGB webcam and Wi-Fi 6E support remote collaboration. Buyers who require discrete graphics performance for 3D rendering, video editing or gaming should consider a different system. The non-touch 250-nit panel is not designed for colour-critical outdoor use.

512GB PCIe SSD defines storage capacity

The single specification that decides fit is the 512GB PCIe SSD. It determines how much local data, applications and operating system files the laptop can hold without external drives or cloud storage. Users with large media libraries, virtual machines or offline datasets must verify this capacity meets their needs before purchase.

Questions about this item

Will the 65 W USB Type-C charger fit my existing dock?

The box includes a 65 W USB Type-C AC adapter; it plugs directly into the laptop’s USB-C port and works with any dock that accepts 65 W USB-C power delivery.

What is the first step when setting up the 8PXTR, and where do people get stuck?

Power on, connect to Wi-Fi 6E, and sign in with a Microsoft account; the common stall is skipping the BitLocker recovery key backup prompt.

Which part of the 16 GB DDR5 5600 memory can be upgraded later?

The 8PXTR uses two 8 GB DDR5 5600 modules; both slots are occupied, so any increase means replacing both sticks.
