Dell Latitude 3520 15.6-inch laptop for everyday

The Dell Latitude 3520 is a 15.6-inch notebook built for routine business tasks. An Intel Core i3 processor running at 3.0GHz and 4GB of RAM drive Windows 10 Pro. Integrated graphics handle the 1366 x 768 LED display. A 500 GB SATA hard drive stores the operating system and files.

Capacity and headroom for typical workloads

Four gigabytes of memory and a dual-core CPU cover web browsing, email and document editing. The system supports up to 8 GB across two slots for future expansion. The 500 GB hard drive holds a moderate local library but fills quickly with large media collections or virtual machines.

Thermals noise and power draw in daily use

Integrated graphics and a modest processor keep heat output low during standard productivity work. Fan activity stays quiet under light loads such as word processing or video playback. The 500 GB SATA drive adds minimal thermal contribution compared to higher-performance storage options.

Questions about this item

Will the Latitude 3520's 500 GB SATA hard drive work alongside older SATA peripherals I already own?

Yes, the 500 GB SATA hard drive uses the standard SATA interface, so it is compatible with older SATA devices and cables you may keep.

How can I confirm the 15.6-inch 1366 x 768 display is operating correctly after setup?

Check that Windows 10 Pro loads at the native 1366 x 768 resolution and that the LED panel shows an even image with no dead pixels.

What is included in the box and what must I purchase separately for the Latitude 3520?

The box contains the notebook with 4 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, Windows 10 Pro, integrated webcam and three USB ports; no optical drive is included, so buy an external USB optical drive if you need one.
