Built for heavy multitasking

This Latitude 3520 pairs an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor with 64GB DDR4 memory and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The four-core CPU reaches 4.2 GHz turbo frequency for responsive performance across business applications. It suits professionals who run virtual machines, large datasets or many browser tabs simultaneously.

Connectivity for desk and travel

Two USB 3.1 Gen1 ports, one USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2 port and one USB 2.0 port handle peripherals and external storage. HDMI output connects to a monitor or projector for presentations. A micro SD reader, RJ-45 Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6 AX201 and Bluetooth 5.1 cover wired and wireless needs. The 720p webcam and combo audio jack support video calls.

Cool and efficient daily use

Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics share system memory, keeping power draw modest for the 65W adapter and 54 WHr three-cell battery. The 15.6-inch 1366x768 60Hz IPS panel is non-touch, reducing gloss and power consumption. Fan noise stays low during typical office workloads and web browsing.

Questions about this item

What practical speed limit does the USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2 port impose on external storage?

The USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2 port caps external storage at 10 Gbps, so a fast NVMe enclosure will hit that ceiling before the drive does.

What are the exact chassis dimensions and weight for a sleeve or backpack fit check?

The laptop measures 14.2 in wide, 9.5 in deep, 0.75 in thick and weighs 4.00 lb.

How is the 64 GB DDR4 memory installed and which slot mistake do buyers make?

It uses two SODIMM slots; the error is populating only one slot and leaving the second empty, which halves memory bandwidth.
