Business-grade 14-inch laptop

The Dell Latitude 5420 is a new 14-inch business laptop with a 1920 x 1080 non-touch display. It runs on an 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1185G7 processor with vPro and 16 GB DDR4 3200 memory. The 256 GB PCIe NVMe SSD and Windows 10 Pro suit office and study workloads. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics handle everyday visual tasks.

Thunderbolt 4 and fingerprint reader

Two Thunderbolt 4 ports provide DisplayPort Alt Mode, USB4 and Power Delivery through USB-C. A fingerprint reader adds Windows Hello sign-in without a password. The backlit keyboard and 720p webcam support remote meetings. Wi-Fi 6 AX201 and Bluetooth give current wireless standards. Stereo speakers with Waves MaxxAudio Pro deliver 4 W total output.

Ready to use with Type-C power

Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed so the laptop boots to a configured desktop. The 63 WHr 4-cell battery supports Express Charge over the included Type-C AC adapter. No SmartCard reader is fitted, so organisations that require one need a separate peripheral. The microSD slot and wedge lock slot are the only user-accessible expansion points.
