Genuine Dell Latitude 5480 Keyboard Trim

This genuine Dell original bezel trim surrounds the keyboard on a Latitude 5480 laptop equipped with a Single Pointing key layout. It replaces a damaged or missing lattice plastic piece to restore the factory appearance and fit. The part carries Dell part number XGVX6 for exact identification. It is not compatible with systems using the Dual Pointing keyboard layout.

Single Pointing Layout Compatibility Only

The trim is engineered specifically for the Latitude 5480 with Single Pointing key configuration and will not align with the Dual Pointing variant. Buyers must verify their keyboard layout before ordering to ensure proper fitment. No other laptop models or keyboard layouts are supported by this part. Installation restores the original keyboard surround without modification.

Replaces Cracked or Lost Original Bezel

This part directly replaces the factory keyboard bezel trim when it becomes cracked, loose or lost during service. The jump is worth it when the existing trim no longer seats securely or shows visible damage affecting keyboard stability. It is not for users needing a Dual Pointing layout trim or a complete keyboard assembly.
