Storage and expansion limits

The solid-state drive offers 128 GB of capacity, though actual usable space may range between 120 GB and 128 GB. There is no mechanical hard drive installed. Questions about this item

Should I pick the 128GB SSD or a larger capacity for this Latitude 5490?

The laptop ships with a 128GB M.2 SSD; the supplier notes actual usable space may range from 120GB to 128GB. If you store large media libraries locally, consider an external drive or a higher-capacity internal upgrade.

What does the 2.60GHz Core i5 7th Gen actually deliver in daily work?

The 2.60GHz minimum clock on the 7th Gen Core i5 handles office apps, web browsing and video playback smoothly; Intel HD Graphics 620 drives the 14.0" 1920x1080 FHD panel for clear visuals without discrete GPU overhead.

Which display interface does the 14.0" FHD panel use and what resolution does it cap at?

The built-in 14.0" LED panel is non-touch FHD with a native 1920x1080 resolution; external monitors connect via the laptop's available video outputs to support additional screens.
