Sustained structural protection and signal integrity

The assembly maintains rigid protection for the display panel during daily transport and extended hinge cycles. Integrated wireless antenna cables preserve consistent WLAN reception without degradation over time. The original Dell engineering ensures the lid withstands repeated open and close actions without flex or creaking.

Factory finish with pre-routed antenna cables

The cover arrives with Dell part numbers H9K23, GG7FJ and 6K0GX already moulded in. Two antenna cables are pre-installed and routed for immediate WLAN connectivity. Mounting points align precisely with the Latitude 5490 chassis, so no drilling or adjustment is required during installation.
