Latitude 5490 for mobile professionals

The Dell Latitude 5490 is a 14.0-inch business laptop built around an Intel Core i5 8th Gen processor running at 1.60GHz. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and 16GB of memory across two slots. The non-touch display uses a 1366 x 768 Wide UXGA panel with LED backlighting. Integrated Intel HD Graphics 620 handles visual output.

256GB SSD and 16GB RAM headroom

A 256GB M.2 solid-state drive provides the primary storage, with usable capacity typically between 240GB and 256GB. The 16GB memory configuration suits standard office workloads, web browsing and light multitasking. Demanding creative applications or large virtual machines will exhaust both storage and memory headroom quickly. No hard drive bay or optical drive is present for expansion.

Black chassis with backlit keyboard

The black casing shows moderate cosmetic scratches or scuffs on the bezel and casing, with possible minor cracks. Expansion or SD slot covers may be absent. The screen may exhibit light scratches, up to two dead pixels, or small bruises. A backlit keyboard aids typing in low light. Bluetooth is included for peripheral connectivity.
