Business ultrabook with dual SSD storage

The Dell Latitude 7000 E7440 is a 14.0 inch touchscreen ultrabook built for professionals who need reliable mobile productivity. It runs Windows 10 Pro on a dual-core Intel Core i5-4300U processor with 8 GB of DDR3 memory. Storage combines a 256 GB mSATA SSD for the operating system and a 1 TB 2.5 inch SSD for data.

Check memory limits and video outputs before buying

This system ships with 8 GB of DDR3 SODIMM installed as two 4 GB modules, so any upgrade requires replacing both sticks. The integrated Intel HD Graphics 4400 drives the 1920 x 1080 touch display and external monitors through HDMI and VGA ports. Verify that your docking station or projector supports one of these connections.

Replaces single-drive laptops lacking touch input

The dual-drive layout separates the OS from user files, delivering faster boot times and 1000 GB of local capacity without mechanical drives. The jump is worthwhile for workers who need responsive application launches, ample offline storage, and a 14 inch FHD touchscreen for direct interaction in meetings or field work. Buyers who want discrete graphics or newer memory standards should look elsewhere.
