Questions about this item

Should I choose the 8GB DDR4 configuration or look for more memory?

The 8GB DDR4 suits everyday office workloads and light multitasking; heavier virtual machines or large datasets will benefit from additional capacity if the chassis allows it.

What does the 1.90GHz base clock of the i7-8650U mean for daily performance?

The quad-core i7-8650U runs at 1.90GHz base and can boost higher, giving responsive performance for documents, web apps and video calls within its thermal envelope.

How does the 256GB M.2 SSD interface affect real-world speed?

The M.2 PCIe drive delivers solid-state responsiveness for boot and application loads, limited by the PCIe lane allocation of the 7290 platform.
