Questions about this item

Will the 256GB SSD need replacing later?

The 256GB SSD is a solid-state drive with no moving parts; it typically lasts the useful life of the laptop unless it fails or you need more storage capacity.

What limits sustained performance first?

The Intel Core i7 8650U 1.90GHz quad-core processor will hit its thermal ceiling before other components during prolonged heavy workloads.

How loud or hot does it get running all day?

The 12.5" chassis uses a compact fan to cool the 1.90GHz quad-core CPU; expect audible fan noise and warm surfaces under continuous load.
