Compact business laptop

The Dell Latitude 7390 is a 13.3-inch Windows 10 Pro notebook built around an Intel Core i7-8650U processor with 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 256GB M.2 SSD. Its 1920 x 1080 anti-glare display and 2.59 lb chassis suit professionals who need a light, capable machine for office applications and travel.

Suited to mobile professionals

This configuration suits mobile professionals who prioritise a bright FHD screen, backlit keyboard and HD webcam for video calls while staying productive away from a desk. Buyers who want a dedicated graphics card, a touchscreen or a larger storage volume should consider other form factors.

Soldered 16GB DDR4 limit

The system provides 16GB of DDR4 memory in a single SODIMM slot with a maximum supported capacity of 16GB, so the installed amount cannot be increased. Verify that this ceiling meets your workload before purchasing.

Questions about this item

Does the Intel Core i7-8650U throttle under sustained load?

The 1.90 GHz quad-core processor shares a thin 0.65 inch chassis with integrated Intel HD Graphics 620, so extended heavy work will hit thermal limits before the CPU can hold its top speed.

How loud or hot does the laptop get during all-day use?

A single fan cools both the CPU and GPU inside the 2.59 lb body; expect audible spin-up and warm palm rests when the 16 GB DDR4 memory and 256 GB SSD are pushed continuously.

What dock or monitor cable do I need to connect an external display?

One HDMI port and a USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 port are available; the proprietary docking connector also works with compatible Dell docks for multi-monitor setups.
