Convertible business laptop

The Dell Latitude 7390 2-in-1 is a 13.3-inch Windows 10 Pro device built around an Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor running at 1.90GHz. It ships with 16GB of LPDDR3 memory and a 512GB PCIe NVMe solid-state drive. Integrated Intel HD Graphics handles the visual output on the touch-enabled screen.

Mobile professionals needing pen and touch input

This configuration suits users who want a lightweight convertible with a backlit keyboard, Thunderbolt 3 connectivity and 802.11ac Wi-Fi with Bluetooth 4.2. Buyers who need a dedicated graphics processor, an optical drive or a larger display should consider a different form factor.

13.3-inch FHD touch panel with Corning Gorilla Glass

The display resolves at 1920 x 1080 and supports ten-point touch input protected by hardened glass. This single specification determines whether the 2-in-1 form factor matches the workflow, because the hinge, pen support and tablet mode all depend on this screen assembly.

Questions about this item

Do I need a Thunderbolt 3 dock or cable to connect external displays to this Latitude 7390 2-in-1?

The i7-8650U processor includes Thunderbolt 3 support, so a compatible dock or cable will let you drive external monitors through the USB-C port.

Will my older USB-A peripherals work with this 13.3 inch laptop without extra adapters?

The specifications list USB-C with Thunderbolt 3 but do not confirm native USB-A ports, so you may need a USB-C to USB-A adapter for legacy devices.

How can I verify the 512GB NVMe SSD is recognised after I install Windows 10 Pro?

Open Device Manager or Disk Management in Windows 10 Pro; the 512GB PCIe M.2 NVMe drive should appear as the primary boot volume.
