13.3-inch 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop

The Dell Latitude 7390 2-in-1 is a 13.3-inch convertible laptop with a Full HD touchscreen, an Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor, 16GB DDR4 memory and a 512GB SSD. It ships with Windows 10 Professional 64-bit and includes integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This device suits professionals who need a portable 2-in-1 with a 13.3-inch touchscreen, quad-core performance, 16GB of memory and a 512GB drive for daily productivity. Buyers who need discrete graphics, a larger display or more storage capacity should consider other options.

Specification that decides fit

The 13.3-inch 1920 x 1080 touchscreen with 2-in-1 flexibility is the defining feature; if your workflow requires a traditional clamshell form factor or a non-touch display, this model will not match that requirement.

Questions about this item

Will the 13.3-inch 2-in-1 chassis fit a standard laptop sleeve?

The unit measures 13.3 inches diagonally and weighs 3.97 kg, so a sleeve sized for 13.3-inch ultrabooks will accommodate it.

How do I reinstall Windows 10 Pro 64-bit on the 512GB PCIe SSD, and what step is often missed?

Boot from USB install media, select the 512GB drive, and remember to enable the Intel UHD 620 graphics driver after first boot or the touchscreen calibration will fail.

When should the 3-cell lithium-ion battery be replaced?

Replace it once it no longer holds enough charge for a typical work session; the battery is internal and not user-serviceable.
