Genuine Dell OEM Latitude 7410 IR Camera Module

This genuine Dell OEM replacement part is the 6mm infrared web camera module designed for the Latitude 7410 laptop. It includes an integrated microphone and carries the Dell part number N6GK2. The unit restores Windows Hello facial recognition and standard video conferencing capabilities.

For Latitude 7410 owners needing the specific 6mm

This module suits users whose Latitude 7410 originally shipped with the 6mm infrared camera and who have confirmed the N6GK2 part number. Buyers with a different Latitude 7410 camera variant or a different laptop model entirely should look elsewhere, as the part will not fit or function correctly.

Integrated microphone restores audio capture

The built-in microphone means a single module replacement returns both infrared imaging for Windows Hello and standard audio input for calls. No separate microphone component or external webcam is required once this module is installed. Matching the N6GK2 number before purchase ensures the correct connector and form factor.

Questions about this item

Does the Latitude 7410 infrared camera module fit any other Dell laptop model?

The module is listed as compatible only with the Latitude 7410; matching the Dell part number N6GK2 is required because the system was offered with different camera modules.

Can I keep my existing non‑IR camera cable when installing this 6mm infrared unit?

The infrared camera module uses a different connector and pinout than the standard camera, so the original cable must be replaced with the one designed for the IR unit.

How do I verify the infrared camera is functioning after installation?

Open Windows Hello setup — if the IR sensor is detected you will see the option to configure facial recognition, confirming the module is operating correctly.
