Dell Latitude 7440 14-inch touch laptop

The Dell Latitude 7440 is a 14.0-inch business laptop with a 1920 x 1200 touch display. It runs on a 10-core Intel Core i7-1365U processor with a 5.20GHz turbo frequency. The system includes 16GB of memory and a 2TB solid state drive. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed.

Upgrade from older ultraportables

This unit replaces ageing 13th Gen or earlier ultraportables that lack touch input or sufficient storage. The jump is worth it when you need the 12MB smart cache, 300-nit anti-glare IPS panel and ThunderBolt 4 connectivity in a single chassis. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics handle daily productivity without a discrete GPU.

Check your workflow and peripheral needs

Verify that 16GB of soldered memory meets your multitasking ceiling before ordering. Confirm that integrated graphics satisfy your visual workload, as no discrete option exists. Ensure the single 2TB drive capacity covers local file storage without requiring a second bay. Buyers needing user-upgradable RAM or a dedicated GPU should consider other form factors.
