Dell Latitude 7490 Business Laptop

This Dell Latitude 7490 is a 14.0 inch business laptop built around an Intel Core i7-8650U quad core processor running at 1.90 GHz. It comes with 16 GB of memory and a 512 GB solid state drive. The 1920 x 1080 touchscreen and Windows 10 Pro suit mobile professionals who need a ready to use system.

Installation and Common Issues

The laptop arrives fully assembled with the operating system pre installed so there is no hardware installation required. Users only need to complete the standard Windows 10 Pro setup process on first boot. The most common issue is adjusting touchscreen sensitivity or calibrating the display for specific lighting conditions.

Quad Core i7-8650U Processor

The Intel Core i7-8650U with four cores and a 1.90 GHz base frequency is the specification that defines performance capacity for this model. It handles typical office workloads and multitasking within the thermal limits of a 14.0 inch ultrabook chassis. Buyers who need higher sustained compute performance for rendering or compilation should consider a workstation class machine.
