Compact Business Laptop

The Dell Latitude 7490 is a 14.0-inch notebook built around an Intel Core i7-8650U running at 1.9 GHz. It ships with 8 GB of memory and a 512 GB Dell solid-state drive. The 1920 x 1080 display and Intel UHD Graphics suit office productivity and mobile professionals who value a light footprint.

Single-Port Docking

A single HDMI output handles external monitors or projectors without a dedicated dock. The integrated card reader accepts common media formats for quick file transfer. Because the keyboard is non-backlit and the AC adapter measures 13.03 x 8.7 x 0.70, the system frees up bag space for travellers who prefer minimal accessories.

Steady-State Efficiency

Battery life reaches up to 10 hours on typical workloads, so the machine stays usable through a full workday without hunting for outlets. The quad-core processor maintains consistent frequencies under sustained office tasks rather than relying on short bursts. Thermal design keeps surface temperatures comfortable during long sessions.
