Latitude 7490 with 32GB memory

The Dell Latitude 7490 is a 14.0-inch business laptop powered by an Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor running at 1.9GHz. It ships with 32GB of system memory and a 256GB solid-state drive. The display offers a 1920 x 1080 resolution and battery life is rated up to 10 hours. It includes a card reader and one HDMI port.

Suits mobile professionals needing RAM headroom

This configuration suits users who run multiple business applications, virtual machines or large spreadsheets simultaneously thanks to the generous 32GB memory allocation. Buyers who want more storage capacity for local media libraries or project archives should look at alternatives with larger drives. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics also limits suitability for demanding 3D or video editing workloads.

256GB SSD and 32GB RAM capacity

The 256GB solid-state drive provides fast boot and application loading for the operating system and core software, though it fills quickly with large datasets or media files. The 32GB memory comfortably handles heavy multitasking and memory-intensive business tools without paging. Storage becomes the limiting factor for users keeping extensive offline content on the device.
