Questions about this item

Should I pick the 1TB SATA SSD or look for an NVMe version?

This unit ships with a 1TB M.2 2280 SATA SSD; an NVMe drive is not included.

What does the i7-8650U's 4.20 GHz turbo mean for everyday work?

The quad-core processor reaches 4.20 GHz on short bursts, speeding single-thread tasks like spreadsheet recalculations or app launches.

Can the USB Type-C port carry a Thunderbolt 3 signal?

The spec lists DisplayPort over USB Type-C with optional Thunderbolt 3, so a Thunderbolt dock will work only if that option is present.
