Business travel laptop

The Dell Latitude 7490 is a 14.0 inch laptop built for professionals who need a portable Windows 11 Pro machine. It runs on an Intel Core i7-8650U processor with four cores and eight threads, supported by 32GB of DDR4 memory and a 512GB NVMe SSD. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 drives the 1920 x 1080 FHD display.

Suits mobile workers, not gamers

This configuration suits people who work across desks, meetings and client sites thanks to Thunderbolt 3, HDMI and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. The quad-core CPU handles office multitasking and video calls smoothly. Buyers who need discrete graphics for 3D rendering, modern gaming or heavy video editing should look at a different class of machine.

32GB DDR4 soldered memory

The 32GB DDR4 capacity is fixed and not user-upgradable, so the amount of RAM you receive is the maximum the system will ever have. Verify that this figure matches your workload before purchase, as there are no empty slots to add more later.
