Business ultraportable for professionals

The Dell Latitude 9520 is a 15.0-inch business laptop built around an Intel Core i7-1185G7 processor with integrated Iris Xe graphics. It ships with 16GB of DDR4 memory running at 1866 MHz and a 512GB PCIe NVMe Class 35 solid-state drive. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed on the silver-grey chassis.

Suits mobile workers needing Thunderbolt 4 and vPro

This configuration fits professionals who require two Thunderbolt 4 ports with DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery, plus Intel vPro remote-management features. An IR camera with shutter, fingerprint reader in the power button and SmartCard/NFC support address strict security policies. Buyers who need a dedicated graphics card, a touchscreen, or more than 16GB of memory should consider other models.

Deciding spec: dual Thunderbolt 4

The presence of two Thunderbolt 4 ports that also carry USB4 and Power Delivery determines whether this laptop can drive dual external displays and charge from a single dock. If a workflow depends on that dual-port capability, the Latitude 9520 meets it; otherwise a model with fewer high-speed ports may suffice.
