Questions about this item

Will the plastic clips on this 6K4C9 cover become brittle and need replacement?

The cover is a single moulded piece with integral clips; if any clip snaps the whole door must be replaced.

What is the first limitation during sustained heavy CPU loads?

The panel itself has no thermal limit; system throttling is governed by the laptop’s heatsink and fan assembly behind it.
