What this laptop is

The Dell Latitude E5450 is a 14.0" HD laptop with a 1366 x 768 non-touch display. It runs on an Intel Core i7-5600U dual-core processor at 2.60 GHz with a 3.20 GHz turbo frequency. The system includes 16GB DDR3 memory and a new 128GB 2.5" SATA SSD. Windows 10 Home 64-bit is pre-installed.

What to check before ordering

This unit ships with Windows 10 Home 64-bit; a Windows 11 Pro upgrade path is noted by the supplier. Memory is maxed at 16GB across two slots, so no further RAM expansion is possible. The 128GB SATA SSD is the only internal drive bay described. Integrated Intel HD Graphics 5500 handles video output.

Suited for everyday office work

Buyers needing a lightweight 14" machine for documents, email and web browsing will find the specification adequate. Users who want more storage, a higher-resolution screen, a touchscreen or dedicated graphics should look at something else. The dual-core processor and 16GB memory limit suit basic multitasking rather than heavy creative workloads.
