Dell Latitude E5570 15.6" FHD Laptop

The Dell Latitude E5570 is a 15.6 inch FHD laptop powered by an Intel Core i7-6600U processor running at 2.60 GHz with a turbo frequency of 3.40 GHz. It comes equipped with 16GB of DDR3 memory and a new 500GB M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD. The system ships without an operating system installed.

Business Users and Mobile Professionals

This laptop suits professionals needing a portable 15.6 inch Full HD display, dual-core Intel i7 performance, and 16GB RAM for multitasking office applications. The NVMe SSD provides fast boot and load times. Buyers who require a pre-installed operating system, a touchscreen interface, dedicated graphics hardware, or the ability to expand memory beyond the 16GB maximum should consider other options.

No Operating System Included

The single specification that decides suitability is the absence of any operating system. You must supply and install your own Windows or Linux licence before the laptop can be used. Verify you have the installation media and licence key ready, as the hardware will not boot into a desktop environment out of the box.

Questions about this item

Does the laptop include an operating system or do I need to buy Windows separately?

No operating system is installed; you must supply and install Windows or another OS yourself.

Is the 16 GB DDR3 memory upgradeable beyond the factory configuration?

The two memory slots already hold the maximum supported 16 GB, so no further RAM upgrade is possible.

How fast is the 500 GB NVMe drive compared with a traditional hard disk in daily use?

The NVMe SSD delivers much quicker boot and application load times than a mechanical hard drive.
