DELL Latitude E5570 15.0" i7-6820HQ

This DELL Latitude E5570 laptop ships new with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit installed. An Intel Core i7-6820HQ quad-core processor runs at 2.70 GHz alongside 16 GB of memory and a 512 GB solid-state drive. The 15.0-inch non-touch display offers a 1366 x 768 resolution in a black chassis.

Who this suits and who it does not

The 16 GB memory and quad-core processor suit professionals who run multiple business applications simultaneously. The 512 GB drive provides space for large document libraries and local databases. Buyers who need a touchscreen, a backlit keyboard or a higher-resolution panel should consider other models.

Deciding specification — 512 GB SSD capacity

The 512 GB solid-state drive is the single figure that determines whether this unit fits the workload. It stores the operating system, applications and active project files without relying on external storage. If the workflow demands more internal capacity, this laptop will not meet that requirement.

Questions about this item

Does the 15.0-inch chassis use a standard VESA mount for docking?

The Latitude E5570 does not have VESA holes; it connects to a Dell E-Port or USB-C dock through the proprietary docking connector on the bottom.

What is the correct order for installing the 512 GB drive and 16 GB memory during a clean Windows 10 Pro setup?

Insert the memory modules first, then the 512 GB drive, boot from USB media, and select the drive as the installation target before partitioning.

Which user-replaceable parts will need attention after several years of daily use?

The internal battery and the 512 GB solid-state drive are the primary replaceable components; the 16 GB memory is soldered and not user-serviceable.
